staceyanita secured planning permission for clients who wanted to utilise their existing underused garage and conservatory to create a new larger kitchen, family area, utility and dining space. This was achieved by converting the existing garage, removing the existing conservatory and creating a new rear extension that tied the whole space together. The new extension provides a whole view of the garden and brings the outside in.

staceyanita gained permission for a larger home extension scheme from Staffordshire Moorlands District Council for clients who wanted to create a garden room to the rear of their property which had been previously extended. Thanks to the permitted development rights for larger extensions, they were able to build a house extension up to eight metres beyond the rear wall of their detached home.
