Scheme Design Drawings
Firstly staceyanita will need to draw up the survey which will produce the existing plans and elevational drawings. Based on your ideas staceyanita will draw up the basic scheme design drawings for your approval. Once the design scheme is approved by you, the drawings are then finalised ready for planning submission.
Your approved plans are then submitted as part of your planning application to the local council. staceyanita act as your agent during the planning process which involves liaising with the local planning authority until a planning decision is reached. Planning approval can be obtained within a 8 to 12 week period once the application has been validated by the council.
Once planning permission has been approved, and if you have requested this service, the building regulation drawings can be produced for submission to your local Building Control department. Once these drawings have been approved you are then able to start your build.
